  16. Hi I just wanted to say , you have the best web site I have ever seen! It is so easy to use and so pretty to look at.I can tell you sure put alot of work into this site. Thanks for the recipes and help you give . Hope you have the best Thanksgiving ever

  17. I was so happy when i found your site cause I live in Norway, and slowcooking is not so common here…and so many of the recipies ive found online has specific american ingredients, like soups-in-can and spesific spiceblends, in them that i cant get a hold of in Norway…many of your slowcookingrecipies doesnt…I havent been able to look at all yet, but Im so happy cause now I can make slowcookingmeals in my new crockpot without having to try and fail alot with ingredients :)
    So, thank you sooo much

    • Monika, It’s fun to hear from you in Norway :) I’m glad a lot of the slow cooker recipes work for you. Sometimes I like the convenience of a canned product, but it’s nicer to not rely on that. I hadn’t even thought about finding the ingredients in other countries.

  18. I can’t download the book either. Can you email it to me?

  19. fawn strunk says:

link does not work please send to my email

  20. It’s January 2014, and I just found your website. It seems your free download of crockpot recipes still isn’t fixed, because I can’t make it work either. I hope they are diet like recipes and full of normal, ordinary(ish) foods.
    Thanks for all your work.

  21. Thank you for this great recipe book! The link seems to be working just fine now. Joyfully, Donna

  22. This is March 11,2014 and the recipies came thru very well, thank you very much

  23. Diana O'Byrne says:

Hi! I just joined and I can’t wait to start! Can I use a 4 qt oval crock pot? there are two of us and we want lunch leftovers…

    • Diana,

Yes, you can use a 4 quart crockpot for all of these recipes. I think there’s one that uses a whole chicken. For that, you will want one on the smaller end of the scale, maybe 3 lbs, so it will fit.
