[...] 10. Baked Potato Soup – Very good with all the flavor of a loaded baked potato. Plus you get potato skins that can be loaded and stuffed later. [...]

Great idea Tiffany! I should remember that when I bake potatoes, I could just make a big batch and freeze the skins for a quick and easy snack or meal : )

I'm going to make these too - they look great.

I've been done with my shopping for a couple of weeks. To preserve what little sanity I have left, I have to shop fairly early and be done with all the craziness - otherwise my family would probably have to kick me out of the house.....

I decided to knit one more scarf though and should be done with that tomorrow night. It's a great looking stitch and works up in 2 nights with one skein of yarn - my kind of project!

these look good. I made the baked potato soup, but my skins were ugly by the time I scraped them clean. I will try it again.

Im done, but thats only because things are very tight this year and my family decided not to exchange gifts. I bought and wrapped two presents for my husband. I did that on Saturday. normally though, I do most of my shopping early in November and the beginning of December, and then save two or three people to freak out about on December 23rd. =) its exciting that way.

Those potatoes look delish and they'd be a perfect side dish to chili. I hope I remember that next time I make chili.

Gifts are bought and wrapped but only finished as of Saturday. Bought the last of the holiday groceries yesterday. I think I'm r.eady
