Instant Pot Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

sweet potatoes
1½
cups
water
salt, to taste
½
-1 stick
butter

-3 Tbs.
brown sugar
Instructions
Wash potatoes.
Add the rack to the pressure cooker and place the potatoes on top of the rack. Add a dollop of butter on top. Pour the water over the potatoes.
Using the manual setting, set the cook time for 10 minutes. Do a natural release for 5 minutes followed by a quick pressure release.
Remove the pot from the pressure cooker and drain the potatoes.
Slice potatoes in half and scoop out the middles.
Place in a bowl with brown sugar and butter.
Smash and stir with a spoon until well combined.
