Cook veggies according to package directions.
Separate each biscuit into 2 pieces.
Roll each into a 4 inch round and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Stir 3 cups of veggies, Swiss cheese, cream cheese and yogurt together in a bowl. (Serve extra veggies along with the puffs.)
Put 1/4 cup veggie mix on each of 8 biscuit rounds.
Top with the remaining biscuits. Press to seal edges.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
