If you like vegetarian recipes, you’re going to want to try these Vegan Sloppy Joes from Once a Month Mom.
As a bonus, this can be made as a slow cooker freezer meal. The recipe calls for tvp (texturized vegetable protein), but I think I would just leave that out and increase the lentils.
Serve these with Sweet Potato Fries and a green veggie. I think I could even convince my meat eaters to try these sandwiches.
