After holiday celebrations come to an end and leftovers have been devoured, everyone needs something easy and good to put on the dinner table to give themselves a little break.
I think this recipe is one of those good meals that doesn’t take a lot of fuss, but everyone always loves. I imagine it served with some fresh salsa or guacamole and maybe some grilled zucchini on the side! Quick and easy to pair with a lot of that produce coming out of the garden right now! That’s one of the best things about summer and the slow cooker–fresh food is just so easy to make!
