I don’t think that dessert has to be complex in order to be delicious.
One of my favorite scents of summer is the scent of fresh, sweet peaches. I love fresh peaches. And I love how simple this recipe for Scalloped Peaches makes a great Summer favorite that incorporates not only peaches (which are easy to get locally in a lot of the country right now!) but a scoop of another one of my favorite things- ice cream!
Really, there’s not much to the recipe and yet it is way too good. You can make your own ice cream if you want, or buy it. Either way, I think you’ll agree that this is a perfect summer breakfast…er, dessert.
