Don’t you love a recipe that you can serve in several different forms without really changing a thing about it?
This Mississippi Roast takes literally five minutes to throw into the crockpot. It has just a few ingredients and what I like about it is that you can serve it in at least three different ways- with a potato side dish, over rice, or in a sandwich! I think it’s got a great flavor and will be a great addition to any summer menu.
