I love meatballs and spaghetti sauce at any time of year. But the slow simmered on the stove method of cooking can really heat up the kitchen. This slow cooker method is a perfect fix for hot days or busy times.

I start with very lean beef so they aren’t greasy. The meatballs and sauce are both full of flavor. We’ve even used them to make open faced meatball sandwiches on garlic bread. Fabulous!
