This recipe has become a family favorite.  Gooey chocolate cobbler, topped with ice cream – what’s not to love?  And it keeps the kitchen cool by using the slow cooker.

This dish makes its own fudgy sauce.  I want to try topping it with ice cream flavors other than vanilla.  Wouldn’t peanut butter ice cream be amazing on this?!

I can’t think of a better way to spend a summer evening than eating this with the family on the back porch.  The perfect ending to a day!
