It’s August. You know what that means, right?
August is Summer’s last hurrah. The weather is still hot, but we all know that these hot, happy days are numbered. Fall is just around the corner! August is also Back to School month. This post is all about helping you to get a head start during those busy first few weeks so you can have time to breath and find your balance again without too much stress.
I’ll show you how to make up a whole week’s worth of meals in just an hour. You can pop one out of the freezer and into your slow cooker, and you’ll be good to go. Dinner will be delicious, nutritious, and yet still just as easy as it can be! I think you’ll appreciate those 1 hour investments this school year. I know I do!

I’m new to the subscription…I’m trying to find the download for the shopping lists and menus to download at one time for the post you just put out – 7 slowcooker freezer meals. I watched the video and loved it, but I can’t find the shopping list for that one. Can you help me? Thanks!

Christi, the video you watched today is from a few months back. I don’t keep past meal plans available, but we do have a freezer week each month. You can still download the July plan today. I’ll be uploading August soon.
