Honey Lemon Pepper Salmon – 15 Minute Meal

I love a dinner that tastes special, but takes hardly any time at all.  This one definitely fits that category.

A drizzle of honey and butter contrast with the sharp lemon pepper taste.  Pair this with 2 ingredient Garlic Cream Cheese Smashed Potatoes and a green veggie.  It’s a quick dinner that tastes like you’ve gone all out with the cooking.

Lemon Pepper Tilapia with Veggies on the Grill

I’ve done tilapia in a foil packet before, but this time I wanted to use the grill and more veggies.  Instead of making individual packets, I made a large one.  The fish and vegetables cooked perfectly in just 15-20 minutes.  Even though the foil was charred around the edges, the food didn’t burn at all.
