Ranch Meatballs and Pasta – 15 Minute Meal

Servings 6 -8 servings

Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 lbs frozen meatballs
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chilis
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Boil the pasta according to package directions.
  • Thaw and warm the meatballs in the microwave, 5-6 minutes total.
  • In a large skillet, cook the onion till tender.
  • Add the canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix. Stir until combined.
  • Stir in the meatballs and continue to heat until pasta is done.
  • Drain pasta.
  • Combine sauce and meatballs with pasta. Top with cheese and serve.
