Bulk Meatball Recipe
Ingredients

lbs.
lean ground beef
2
cups
bread crumbs
4
eggs
3 1/2
cups
cooked brown rice
1 cup dry rice will yield this
1/2
of an onion
diced
2
Tbs.
worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer or by hand in a large bowl.
Roll into balls.
Bake at 350 degrees on foil lined pan for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
These meatballs can be frozen.
