Bulk Meatball Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2.25 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups cooked brown rice 1 cup dry rice will yield this
  • 1/2 of an onion diced
  • 2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer or by hand in a large bowl.
  • Roll into balls.
  • Bake at 350 degrees on foil lined pan for 20-25 minutes.

Notes

These meatballs can be frozen.
