Daily Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple or orange juice or water
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend in a blender until smooth.
  • If using a Vitamix, add ingredients in the order given.
  • If using a regular blender, blend juice and spinach first, then add remaining ingredients.
