Pressure Cooker Mediterranean Chicken

Servings 6 -8 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frozen chicken tenders
  • 1 onion chopped
  • ½ green pepper chopped
  • 2-4 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes 15 oz each
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup crumbled feta

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients, except feta, in the pressure cooker.
  • Set to high pressure for 14 minutes.
  • Do a quick pressure release.
  • Serve over your choice of grain or pasta with crumbled feta.
