Instant Pot Brown Rice
This hearty rice may take a few minutes longer than white rice, but it's definitely worth the wait!

Ingredients
- 2 cups brown rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- Place 2 cups of brown rice in the instant pot
- Pour water in the pot
- Close the lid and seal
- Cook the rice for 17 minutes on high pressure
- Do a quick pressure release
- Serve
