Instructions
Hit the sauté button and brown the ground beef, onion and green pepper together.
Drain and rinse under hot water to remove the grease.
Return the browned ground beef in the pressure cooker pot and add all remaining ingredients.
Set manual cook time for 30 minutes on high pressure.
Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
