Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the pressure cooker pot.
Set manual cook time for 20 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
Serve topped with shredded cheddar, chopped cilantro, and sliced avocado, if desired.
