Instant Pot Smoked Sausage and Sauerkraut Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
  • 3-4 large potatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 - 15 oz. cans sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 2 - 32 oz. chicken broth

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker pot. Stir.
  • Set manual cook time for 25 minutes. 
  • Do a quick pressure release.
