Slow Cooker Apricot Crisp

Ingredients

  • 3 15 oz cans apricots drained
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter softened

Instructions

  • Spray inside of the crock with cooking spray.
  • Place apricots on bottom of crock.
  • Stir together brown sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon.
  • Cut the butter into the dry ingredients with a pastry blender or fork until the mixture is crumbly.
  • Stir 1/2 the crumbs into the fruit.
  • Top with the rest of the crumbs.
  • Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 4 hours.
