Slow Cooker Smoked Sausage and Sauerkraut Soup

Servings 10 -12 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. smoked sausage sliced
  • 3 - 4 large potatoes or 6 - 8 small potatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 15 oz cans sauerkraut drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 32 oz chicken broth

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir.
  • Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 7-8 hours.

Notes

I think this soup will freeze well if you have leftovers.
