Grilled Pineapple Dessert


  • 1 whole pineapple sliced into rings
  • 4 Tbs. butter melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • pound cake
  • vanilla ice cream
  • caramel ice cream topping


  • Stir the butter and brown sugar together until combined.
  • Baste pineapple rings with the sauce.
  • Place rings on the grill and grill over low heat for 5 or so minutes per side.
  • Cool rings slightly and serve over pound cake with ice cream and caramel sauce.
