Ham, Asparagus and Swiss Quiche + Pineapple Dump Cake - Dinner and Dessert!

Servings 4 -6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked diced ham
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bunch asparagus cut in 1" pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet and cook ham, onion and asparagus until the onion is soft.
  • Spoon half of that mixture into a greased 9" pie plate.
  • Layer half the cheese over it and then repeat the layers.
  • Stir milk, eggs, Bisquick and salt together in a bowl.
  • Pour over ingredients in the pie plate.
  • Bake 25-35 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
