Raspberry Vinaigrette


  • 3 Tbs. seedless raspberry jam
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Warm the jam in the microwave for a few seconds until it become slightly melted.
  • Place all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. A mason jar works well for this. Shake to combine the ingredients.
