Instant Pot Sticky Rice
Sticky rice is the foundation of good Chinese take-out, and thanks to the Instapot, it's also the foundation to a great home cooked Chinese dinner!

- 2 cups Jasmine rice
- 2 cups water
Rinse 2 cups of Jasmine rice and drain
Place rinsed rice in the Instant Pot with slightly less than 2 cups of water
Close the lid and seal the Instant Pot
Set pressure to high
Set cook time for 7 minutes
Use a natural release for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, manually release the excess pressure (if any)
