Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 bulb roasted garlic
  • juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • Red pepper flakes/hot sauce/sriracha to taste; optional

Instructions

  • Squeeze the garlic cloves from the bulb of roasted garlic.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with additional red pepper flakes or hot sauce or sriracha on top.
