This chicken recipe is adapted from an old cookbook I have. Lots of recipes can be adapted for cooking in a slow cooker, making them more convenient for busy days.
This recipe makes the juiciest chicken with lots of flavor. Even if you aren’t normally a fan of sauerkraut, I think you’ll like this recipe.
It’s very easy to put together. You’ll only have about 10 minutes of hands-on prep to do.
Serve it with roasted or mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
