Menu, Grocery List, Recipes – Year 2, Week 6

Shares 0

I think you’re going to like this menu.  First of all, soup is back!  I love soup and I’m glad the weather is finally cooling off so I can fix it again frequently.

The menu this week includes some quick meals, some slow cooker meals and two meals that make enough to stock the freezer.

Because you’ll be stocking up the freezer with extra dinners, there is more meat to buy than usual.  It will be worth it though to have Hamburger Vegetable Soup and Tamale Pork Sandwiches ready to go on a busy day.

As always, you get 6 dinners and 1 dessert.  Serving suggestions are included in bold on the recipes and in curly brackets {} on the grocery list.

Here’s what is on the menu for this week:

  1. Looks like a great a great week. I look forward to trying the bbq ham!

  2. Your Apple Crinkle recipe is one of my fall favorites!!

  3. I made your Apple Crinkle this weekend and it was delish. And now it’s all gone!

  4. The BBQ Ham Steaks look great and those seem to go up on sale quite frequently. I also am interested in giving the Hamburger Soup a try…might need to modify the veggies a bit for my picky kids (yeah no peas so the Veg All doesn’t work – lol).
