White Chocolate Raspberry Homemade Ice Cream
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Raspberry International Delight
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped raspberries
  1. Stir together the first 3 ingredients.
  2. Pour into bowl of ice cream maker and freeze according to the instructions.
  3. Add chocolate chips and raspberries to ice cream 5 minutes before done, allowing the mixer to stir them into the ice cream.
  4. Eat right away for soft ice cream, or put in a container with tight fitting lid and freeze for several hours or longer.
