Cream Cheese Frosting
- 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened (16 oz)
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- In a mixer bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
- Add in the powdered sugar gradually, until the consistency is spreadable.
