Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened (16 oz)
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  1. In a mixer bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add in the powdered sugar gradually, until the consistency is spreadable.
