Updated Nacho Recipe

No, I’m not suggesting you bake your Nachos in an Easy Bake Oven, however they do turn out just fine baked under a light bulb.  I’ve updated the Nacho recipe with better photos.  Although I still have a lot to learn about photography, my skills are improving and I wanted to give you better pictures to look at.  Nachos is one of our favorite recipes and I’m glad for the chance to highlight it again.

I’ve jumped on the Twitter-wagon.  Isn’t that what all the cool kids are doing?  (At this point my mom would say, “If all your friends jumped off the G Street Bridge, would you jump too?”  Did you mom ever say anything like that to you?)

If you Twitter, or want to find out what all the fuss is about, just click the “follow me” button on the left.  While you’re at it, if you haven’t already subscribed to Eat at Home you can do that by RSS or email.   Those options are in the upper right-hand corner.

Book Winner and Your Comments

I have really enjoyed reading all of your comments!  I’ve learned new things from you, met new readers, had the opportunity to visit some of your blogs and even email a few of you.  I hope you keep the conversation going, even though the contest is over.

And now for the winner – cal orey!  Email me with your book choice.  Congratulations!
