Weekly Menu + Grocery List – Year 3 Week 52!

This menu marks 3 full years worth of menus available on the site! You can find all the past menus by going here. I’d love for your help sharing this resource.  Feel free to pin on Pinterest or share on Facebook or tell your friends if you like the menus.

Next week, I’ve got a giveaway to celebrate finishing up the third year of free menus.

But for now, let’s talk about this week’s menu.  The Lemon Pepper Tilapia recipe can be cooked either on the grill or in the oven.  If you choose oven, bake it at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes.

The Cranberry Nut Bars are fantastic, so simple looking, but so delicious.  They do make quite a few though.  If you have extra, you can pop them in the freezer for later.

As always, you get 6 dinners and 1 dessert.  Serving suggestions are included in bold on the recipes and in curly brackets on the grocery list.

Here’s what is on the menu this week:

Swiss Macaroni and Cheese with Smoked Sausage, favorite green veggie

Slow Cooker Beef Teriyaki with Pineapple, rice

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings with Gnocchi, salad

Pepperoni Pizza Pasta, salad

Lemon Pepper Tilapia with Veggies on the Grill (or in the oven), baked potatoes

Beef and Black Bean Taco Bake, chips and salsa, salad

Menu, Grocery List, Recipes Year 3 Week 20

I’ve got some serious deliciousness for you this week.

Tomorrow, I’m sharing a recipe for Black Bottom Peanut Butter Chiffon Pie.

Wednesday, we’re spotlighting cream cheese and there’s going to be a giveaway too.  If you need a deep, nonstick skillet then don’t miss Wednesday’s post.

I’ve also got two new recipes to share later in the week.  One of them is for a yummy 110 calorie treat that’s easy on the budget too.

A couple of notes on this week’s menu:

- If you can get outside to grill chicken this week, go ahead and grill up a bunch, then freeze it.  You can use it for both the Chicken Tortilla Soup and the Ravioli dish.

- The 50s Prime Time Meatloaf will make 2 good sized loaves.  Pop one in the freezer to bake some time later.

Pan Fried Shrimp Sandwich, Quick Cole Slaw, Sweet Potato Fries

Honey Cashew Pork Stir Fry over Rice

Ravioli with Pesto, Red Peppers and Grilled Chicken, salad

Chicago Style Pizza Pot Pie, salad

Chicken Tortilla Soup, salad

50s Prime Time Meatloaf, baked potatoes, steamed green veggie

If you print the menu today (or even if you don’t), I’d love for you to leave a comment.  I’m curious how often you use the menus or if this is your first time printing one, etc.

Every week, the menu gets downloaded a couple hundred times.  I’m just curious who’s doing the downloading :)

This week’s menu is below.  If you make the Zesty Chicken in the slow cooker before the Mandarin Chicken Rice Bake, you’ll have chicken to use for that casserole.

I’ve been working on clearing out my freezer and pantry to make space for holiday foods.  That’s been one of the topics on my Facebook page lately.  Pop over and join us in the conversation.

There’s another reason to like the Eat at Home Facebook page – this coming Saturday we’re doing a Virtual Freezer Cooking Party for holiday prep.  In reality, you can work on any kind of cooking you like.  Or even put together some jarred gifts (I’ve got 2 more gift ideas for you coming on Friday).  I’ll have a few ideas of good things to work on in tomorrow’s post.

I’m really looking forward to cooking with you Saturday.  The Facebook event we did in February was so fun.  It’s the next best thing to getting together in real life and cooking together.

Now for the menu.  As always, you get 6 dinners and 1 dessert.  Serving suggestions are included in bold on the recipes and in curly brackets {} on the grocery list.
