Fire up the grill!  We’re going to make good use of it with this menu.

I recommend doing some batch cooking too.  Grill chicken for the Pepper Patch Pasta (you could make this meatless instead) and extra for Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas.  The enchilada recipe doesn’t have to use grilled chicken, but it’s a fast way to cook the meat, especially if you’re grilling already.

We did have a fabulous summer though!  And we’ve got a lot to look forward to this school year.

We are going to be driving to Colorado Springs later this week.  If you’re on I-64 to St. Louis or I-70, wave at us!

I’m liking the menu this week.  2 Slow cooker recipes, a grilled salmon recipe and a recipe to stock your freezer (Italian Sausage and Spinach Stuffed Shells).  Not to mention, one of my favorite salads.

Back with another menu.  It’s been a few weeks since I’ve posted one.

This time, there are several recipes to be done on the grill.  In fact, two of the recipes use grilled chicken.  You can save time by grilling a bunch of chicken at once.  Slice the extra and store it in a zip top bag in the freezer.  It will be ready for any recipe and you’ll be glad to save the time.

A year ago, I was planning my oldest daughter’s high school graduation menu.  I’ve noticed quite a few people searching for ideas for recipes to serve at graduation parties, so I thought I’d put together a list to get you started.
