Pepperoni Pizza Stuffed Meatloaf – a Freezer Friendly Meal

Pepperoni Pizza Stuffed Meatloaf sliced1

I am so excited to be partnering with ALDI this year.  On a recent trip to ALDI, I picked up all the ingredients for this Pepperoni Pizza Stuffed Meatloaf.

It looks impressive, but it’s so easy to put together.  And it freezes great too, so you can assemble it ahead of time, but wait to bake until you’re ready.

Fresh mozzarella, pepperoni and marinara sauce bring a twist to the traditional meatloaf.  And because all the ingredients are found at ALDI, it makes it affordable too.

Pepperoni Pizza Pasta – 15 Minute Meal

I am a huge fan of the 15 minute meal.  Some days, there just isn’t any more time than that to pull dinner together.

I’ve even got an eBook full of 15 minute meals.  I frequently pull it out when I need something quick for dinner.  A quick scan of the book, matched up with the items in my pantry will always yield a dinner idea.

I happened to have a variety of bell peppers in the fridge, so I used them to add color and flavor.  Doesn’t this pan of cooking peppers and onions look good?

Here’s what you’ll need for this quick meal:  [Read more…]

This is a guest post from Crystal at Crystal and Comp.

We love this at our house. It is beyond simple, takes less than 30 minutes from prep to table, and is an excellent alternative to traditional pizza that is easy to personalize for everyone’s taste.

Stromboli

I made all my kids happy with this Stromboli.  And they gladly ate the leftovers for lunch the next day.  The recipe is from my sister-in-law and it’s a good one.  It uses frozen bread dough, so no yeast or kneading required.  The filling can be tailored to suit your tastes.  I would have piled on the veggies, but the kids voted for pepperoni.
