Mexican haystacks are great, but why not mix it up and try haystacks with a Korean flair for a change? I love this recipe. It’s so colorful, and its topped with veggies that we don’t eat as often as we should while raw. Plus, sunflower seeds add a delicious flavor, while being super healthful for you at the same time.
