UPDATE:  Now Available! – A new option is available for having Menus with Grocery Lists emailed to you each week.  You’ll receive both the Traditional and a new All Slow Cooker version.  Find out more here.

For the past 3 years,  I have published a free weekly menu plan + grocery list that is printable.  Now, you can get these meal plans emailed to you.  Save yourself several hours of menu prep each week by printing a menu plan, take the grocery list to the store and you’re all set to eat at home all week.

The menus are designed with busy families in mind.  Recipes are simple.  You’ll find plenty of slow cooker meals, as well as low-cost options, meatless meals and recipes to stock your freezer.

The recipes use common pantry ingredients and are ideal for keeping your pantry stocked with essentials.  It’s also easy to alter the plan as needed.

This is a complete list of all the menu plans + grocery lists that are available, free for the printing.  There are 3 complete years worth to choose from.

They are all designed to make your life easier and help you get dinner on the table fast!

If you like this feature, be sure to subscribe by email and have the menu plans and grocery lists delivered to your inbox.

  1. good site

  2. Love this site. It is what I have always wanted to do, but didn’t have time. I have passed this site onto my sister, too. So nice to have the combined list to do all of the menus. Also helping me try new things.

  3. Hi Tiffany; Great site – just wondering, do the week numbers on the menus line up with the week numbers of the year so that you get appropriate menus for the time of year? Ex, It is June now and pretty hot out so I’m looking for menus that are cooler or for BBQ, whereas in the winter, I’m looking for more warmer food, less BBQ.

    • Andrea, the numbers don’t line up. But, on the home page there is now a tab for Summer and Winter menus. That will help find menus for the appropriate season. Hope that helps!

I am all for fast. I never make meals at home, unless you count things from cans. 🙂 You have seemed to make homemade fast enough for me to try it next week — Thank you!!

This is an awesome idea! Thank you for doing this. Is there a way to sort them in order? This list is pretty jumbled up. If not, I may just go down the list. I suppose it doesn’t really matter if they’re in order, right?

    • It doesn’t really matter if you use them in the order I published them. for myself, I just print them randomly. You can also find “slow cooker menus” or “summer” or a few other categories from the homepage.

Thank You for this site. I don’t mind cooking but I’ve always dreaded the weekly menu planning. My husband and I started following your menu plan from year 1 and we have loved everything. Since theres only 2 of us the meals are great to give us dinner and lunch for the next day. It’s not only saved us money but it’s helped me lose weight since I’m eating at home more. Double bounus! The best part is I can send him to the store with the grocery list and he’s so excited to have an organized list that he can check things off of as he goes along. Thank You again for sharing your talents of menu planning and grocery organizing.

  7. I LOVE THIS! You just made my life a heck of a lot easier. Thanks so much! I have been downloading your menus for three weeks now – super easy and super delicious!

  8. I have spent a few hours over the last week on this site. I do believe you have changed my life forever. I love to cook. I am not good at coming up with stuff on my own and am tired of preparing the same things over and over. I love that I already have the majority of the ingredients needed for many of these dishes. I love how you are showing me how versitile my staples can be. Thank you so much!

Just wanted to say that I love, love, love the eBook Feast in 15! I keep all the items in stock and on days when it is hectic or I just don’t feel like cooking, I can still put a wonderful meal on the table for my family. So far, they have loved every recipe I have used. Thanks so very much!
