Eat at Home
Everyday Food for Busy People
If you’d like all your meal planning and grocery list making done for you, check out the Eat at Home Weekly Meal Plan Service here.
You can also download and print a pretty menu planner with space to make your shopping list.
Use the drop down menu in the navigation bar to find all of this and more.
Thanks for taking the time and sharing all of your wonderful ideas 🙂
Thank you so much for sharing all of this. This is something I need to do regularly and just did not have the time or just didn’t know where to start. Thank you again!!
Checking out this site referred to me by nutritionist. Looking forward to help for menus.
I hope you find the menus helpful! Good luck with any eating changes you may be making 🙂
I was just wondering what your serving size is for your recipes?
Jenny, most of my recipes serve 6-8 people. A few serve more than that, but I usually note that if it’s the case.
Thank you thank you thank you!
Thank you so much for this blog! I hate menu planning and grocery shopping … so this will make it tolerable … maybe even enjoyable! I hope you don’t mind … I shared a link to your blog at http://www.livinglikenooneelse.com (www.llnoe.com) in our MDAH (Make Dinner At Home) thread — where we try to keep each other accountable so we won’t spend all our money going out to eat!
Deb, thanks so much for sharing!
Hello help on getting low calories dinner recipes?
Stephanie, here’s a post I wrote a while back on low-fat cooking. Don’t miss the disclaimer in the beginning of the post though.
