Did everyone get back into the swing of things last week? Classes, carpooling, basketball, music lessons… It was good to get back into a routine. We tend to flounder and flop if we have too much time off.
Don’t get me wrong. We enjoyed all the flopping we did around here over Christmas break. Somewhere in there we got completely addicted to watching 24. I never saw this show when it was on TV, but we’ve been watching it on Netflix instant watch. I swear, my oldest son and I saw one of the bad guys in Walmart the other day.
Back to reality… I’ve got lots of good stuff on the menu this week. There are two slow cooker recipes and a meal you can make in about 15 minutes.
The Western Omelette Casserole calls for 1/2 each of a green and red pepper. You can use the extras in salad or on the French Bread Pizza.
The post for the Lemon Pepper Tilapia with Veggies calls for fixing it on the grill. If you need to shovel to even get to your grill, you can fix it in the oven instead. I’ve included the instructions for that on the printable recipe.
