Meatball Stroganoff -100 Days of Summer Slow Cooker Recipes

Quick and Easy comfort-y food for a rainy summer day doesn’t get much better than this.

I love a good stroganoff. There’s just something so good about egg noodles and that creamy, special stroganoff gravy. This version has meatballs in. It’s great because if you need to buy premade meat balls, you don’t even have to worry about thawing.  They go straight from the freezer into the slow cooker. The result is this delicious meal that both tastes and smells like you spent a lot of time on it. Win for the slow cooker and you!
