Jambalaya — 100 Days of Summer Slow Cooker Recipes

For some reason, Jambalaya says Bayou Comfort Food to me. I could be wrong about whether or not this dish is comfort food quality to a native, but I will tell you that it is an amazing, flavorful recipe that you won’t want to miss out on trying for yourself.

If you aren’t a fan of seafood, you could probably leave out the shrimp. But if you want a more “real feel”, I’d probably leave it in!
