Ingredient Spotlight: Vinegar

There must be 3000 uses for vinegar.

And of course, I cook with it.  Here are some of my favorite recipes involving vinegar:

Now it’s your turn.   Link up your recipes using vinegar.  It doesn’t have to be a recent post, just be sure to link directly to your recipe, not just the main page of your blog.  I only ask that you include a link back to Eat at Home in your post.  You can link directly to this post or use the button in the sidebar.

  1. Thanks for hosting Tiffany! I love vinegar for cleaning too…or should I say, Doug loves it for cleaning. 🙂

  2. Today I am bringing Pickled Beets. I am posting this in memory of my father. He grew beets and made this every year. I just picked up a little book at the Borders Closing Sale that is about all the uses for vinegar. Very interesting. Thanks again for hosting, Tiffany.

  3. It is sort of a recipe…we bathe in it. We use 1 TBSP of baking soda to 1 cup of water to wash and then use 1 TBSP vinegar to 1 cup of water to rinse. We use this procedure for our hair as well. The biggest part is no deodorant! Vinegar keeps you fresh all day.
