Bulk Meatball Recipe
Serves: approx. 69 meatballs
 
Ingredients
  • 2.25 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 4 eggs
  • 3½ cups cooked brown rice (1 cup dry rice will yield this)
  • ½ of an onion, diced
  • 2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer or by hand in a large bowl.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees on foil lined pan for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
These meatballs can be frozen.
