White Chocolate Raspberry Homemade Ice Cream
- 1 cup White Chocolate Raspberry International Delight
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup finely chopped raspberries
- Stir together the first 3 ingredients.
- Pour into bowl of ice cream maker and freeze according to the instructions.
- Add chocolate chips and raspberries to ice cream 5 minutes before done, allowing the mixer to stir them into the ice cream.
- Eat right away for soft ice cream, or put in a container with tight fitting lid and freeze for several hours or longer.
