Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal in the Slow Cooker
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 12oz can evaporated milk
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup pumpkin
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- Spray the inside of slow cooker crock with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together.
- Pour into slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours or overnight. Mine cooked 8-9 hours, but if I had a programmable slow cooker I would set it for less time.
- Serve with extra milk, if desired.
