		<description><![CDATA[Traci,  If you do 3 lbs of meat and add more veggies too, it would probably serve around 10.  I&#039;ve never done a recipe like this one for that many people.  You might be able to get away with doing 3 crockpots full and making it be enough.  Especially, if you serve a lot of side dishes with it.  ANd I&#039;ve noticed that people tend to eat less when you serve on paper plates, probably because they are a bit smaller than a regular dinner plate.]]></description>
