Bacon-fest!

I’m so excited to celebrate bacon again this year!  Bacon-fest was one of the most popular Ingredient Spotlights last year and the Pinterest board has a good following as well.

Here are a few of my recipes using bacon from 2012.

Loaded Cheesy Potato Casserole

    My brother makes bacon-cheese rolls, similar in architecture to cinnamon rolls, but with cooked bacon, onion and cheese instead of the brown sugar and cinnamon rolled up inside.
