Merry Christmas!

I know that as we enter this weekend before Christmas, you will be busy with family and friends and celebrating the season.  I pray that Hope will fill your heart this Christmas and carry you through the New Year too.

I want to especially thank my writers.  They’ve added so much to Eat at Home these last couple of months.  And they’ve really helped me out too.  Please check out their blogs.

Kim of Makin’ it Mo’ Betta has been sharing lots of recipes, including some that are made over to be lighter and healthier.  You can find all of her Eat at Home recipes here.

Andrea Green of The Green Backs Gal shares fantastic whole foods and vegetarian recipes.  Find her Eat at Home Recipes here.

Kate Sabella of Kate’s Recipe Box has shared lots of recipes for family favorites.  My family has found new favorites in some of her creations.  Find all of Kate’s Eat at Home recipes here.

Rachael Walkup of Confessions of a Mom on a Tight Rope has shared quite a few crockpot recipes and other quick and easy meals.  You can find all of Rachael’s Eat at Home recipes here.

My fantastic Virtual Assistant, Lisa Morosky also has a blog called The Home Life and Me.  She’s also the author of an ebook on getting started as a VA.  You can find The Bootstrap VA here.

Many thanks to all of these women!

I’ll be taking a few days off for Christmas and then next week, starting Wednesday I’ll have some Best of 2012 posts for you as part of a series run by Finding Joy in My Kitchen.

Finally, I wanted to share this song with you.  I’ve listened to it over and over again this season.
