Weekly Menu + Grocery List – Year 3 Week 51

I’m flying home from Disney World today.  Jim and I decided to celebrate our 25th anniversary a little early.  We’ve learned over the years that the first week of January is not a a great time for getting away. By that time after the holidays, we just want to snuggle in at home.

This is the first time we’ve gone to WDW without kids.  And we usually take my parents too.  And we often travel with my sister’s family.   They were all in disbelief that we left them behind, but we decided it was the perfect place for us to have some fun and the free dining deal was too good to pass up.

As always, the menu has 6 dinners and 1 dessert.  Serving suggestions are included in bold on the recipes and curly brackets {} on the grocery list.
